We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Identify current business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
Drive customer acquisition and business development.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements
MBA in Sales / Marketing or equivalent qualification.
10–15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
