About the Role

BCES Admissions Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Intern to support our admissions and counselling team. The intern will primarily work on cold calling study-abroad leads, understanding students' requirements, and generating qualified counselling prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/cold calls to prospective students from study-abroad leads.
Understand students' academic background, preferred country, course, budget, and study plans.
Introduce relevant study-abroad opportunities and generate interest.
Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
Schedule counselling appointments/calls with the admissions team.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/database.
Achieve daily calling and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for further processing.




Maintain qualified communication with students throughout the interaction.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Basic knowledge or interest in the study-abroad/international education industry.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and students pursuing their graduation are welcome.
Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.
