Roles and Responsiblities

Attend and assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Promote and sell electronics and consumer durable products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranty details.

Handle sales of mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic accessories.

Interact professionally with customers and provide suitable product recommendations.

Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Demonstrate products and help customers select the right product based on their needs.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information and support.

Follow up with customers to generate sales and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is properly organized.

Coordinate with the billing and service teams for smooth customer transactions.

Maintain daily sales records and submit sales reports to the manager.
