Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product and sales training for showroom sales teams.
Train staff on Hyundai products, features, sales process, and customer handling.
Identify training gaps and improve sales performance.
Conduct role-plays, assessments, and refresher training.
Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
