About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Management Intern to support our Business Development & Sales team in lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups and sales coordination. This role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B sales and corporate travel.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
Connect with prospects, understand their requirements and share relevant CoTrav solutions.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain lead, follow-up and sales trackers accurately.
Update CRM and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and client presentations.




Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfil client requirements.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Assist in scheduling client meetings and sales discussions.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Work towards assigned lead generation and sales support targets.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Travel & Tourism or a related field.
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and making follow-up calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Interest in Sales, Business Development and Corporate Travel.
