Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Design, develop, and implement scalable Agent force solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Configure and customize Agent force, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and code reviews.
Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, governance standards,



and deployment processes.

Key skills required:
Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
Robust experience with Agent force, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
Experience building AI-powered solutions using Agent force, Einstein Copilot, or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
Good understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent force solutions.
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II, AI Specialist, or Agent force Specialist certifications are preferred.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
5+ years’ experience in implementing Salesforce solutions
Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
