Sales Coordinator

Location: Pattoor, Trivandrum, Kerala

Employment: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Position

Water Store is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist with sales coordination, customer communication, and team activities at our Pattoor branch.

What You Will Do
Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
Handle customer enquiries and maintain follow-up records.
Track leads, orders, and customer requirements.
Coordinate between customers, sales staff, and service teams.
Maintain sales-related information in MS Excel.
Assist the team with quotations, updates, and documentation.
Monitor pending customer follow-ups and ensure timely coordination.




Support the team in achieving smooth day-to-day sales operations.

What We Are Looking For
Any Degree.
1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
Previous team-handling experience is required.
MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to organize and follow up on multiple activities.
