Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintainstrong relationships with existing customersand key accounts.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to providesuitable engineering and automation solutions.
Generate current businessopportunities through lead generation, customervisits, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submittechno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Conduct customer meetings,presentations, and productdemonstrations.
Track sales opportunities and maintain accuraterecords in CRM/ERPsystems.
Coordinate with design,operations, and serviceteams to ensure timely projectexecution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat businessand account growth.




Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Engineering Products, Industrial Automation, and B2B Sales.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to learntechnical concepts quickly.
Positive negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
