Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer status.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
Identify current business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, education consultancy, or related fields will be preferred.

Eligibility
Education: Graduate BBA/MBA preferred.
Experience: 05 years in sales/business development/telecalling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Compensation Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
