Field Sales Executive – FMCG / Spices We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and manage the retail market for our FMCG spice products in Ghazipur and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Visit grocery stores, retailers, wholesalers and distributors regularly.
Introduce and sell our ₹5 and ₹10 spice products.
Generate current retail outlets and take regular orders.
Maintain positive relationships with retailers and distributors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market coverage.
Collect orders and share daily sales/market reports.
Follow up with existing retailers for repeat orders.
Identify current market opportunities and competitor activities.

Requirements
12th pass or above.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic communication skills in Hindi.
Must be comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
Candidates from Ghazipur/Yusufpur and nearby areas preferred.
FMCG/Sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives Average Incentive: ₹3,000+ per month based on performance. Immediate joining preferred. No joining fee or deposit required.
