WE’RE HIRING | SALES & PRE-SALES EXECUTIVELoft Studio | Jayanagar, Bangalore We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Pre-Sales Executive who can take ownership of our leads and follow-ups. The role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, client handling and preparing quotations and wants to grow in the interior design industry. What you’ll handle:
Manage and respond to incoming leads• Call and understand client requirements, budget & timeline• Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion• Schedule site visits and client meetings• Prepare and share quotations based on project requirements• Follow up on quotations and pending decisions• Maintain CRM/lead records and sales pipeline• Coordinate with the design and execution team• Keep the management updated on lead status and potential closures What we’re looking for:




1–3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/customer handling• Interior design / architecture / real estate experience is preferred• Excellent communication and convincing skills• Valuable knowledge of Excel, CRM and quotation preparation• Highly organised, proactive and persistent with follow-ups• Ability to independently manage multiple leads• Solid interest in converting enquiries into actual projects The key responsibility: You will be the person who ensures no lead is missed and no follow-up is forgotten, allowing our founder to focus on site visits, client meetings and project closures.
