Manage end-to-end SCM, procurement, vendor management and material planning for firefighting/EPC projects.
Plan procurement of critical and long-lead items such as pumps, engines, motors, valves, panels, pipes and fittings.
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for PO execution, manufacturing, inspections and timely dispatch.
Manage inventory, stores, logistics, domestic and export dispatches.
Negotiate with vendors and identify cost-saving prospects.
Monitor supply-chain risks and take corrective actions to avoid project delays and LDs.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules and site requirements.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery commitments and manufacturing progress of critical items.
Ensure proper procurement,



logistics and export documentation as per project and statutory requirements.
Maintain procurement, inventory and dispatch records in SAP/ERP and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, QA/QC and Finance teams.
Lead and manage the SCM, procurement, stores and logistics team.
