Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Manage the complete production operations and workflow.
Ensure production is completed as per quality and delivery requirements.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Reduce production downtime, rejection, wastage, and manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, PPC, and HR teams.
Ensure proper availability of raw materials and resources for production.
Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Identify production issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and train production supervisors and operators.




Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Review daily production performance and take necessary corrective actions.
Support recent product development, process improvements, and trials.
