Lead end-to-end execution of Power Distribution & RDSS projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources and project milestones.
Coordinate with DISCOMs, clients, consultants and government authorities for approvals, inspections and project execution.
Manage contractors/subcontractors and ensure timely, quality execution as per specifications and contractual requirements.
Monitor BOQ, measurements, RA bills, project costs, variations and commercial aspects.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at project sites.
Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
Lead project teams and manage multiple sites effectively.
Prepare project MIS, progress reports and management updates.

Preferred: Experience in RDSS, HT/LT distribution, underground cabling, substations, RMU, feeder segregation and DISCOM projects. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and robust client/contractor management skills will be an advantage
