We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations for our growing IT team. The primary responsibility will be sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Developers, Designers, QA, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Upwork, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback,



salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Drive recruitment within defined timelines and ensure positions are closed efficiently.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for frequently required IT skill sets.
Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
