We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with solid experience in product development/product management in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage electrical product development and product lifecycle activities
Work with R&D;, design, manufacturing and cross functional teams
Support new product development, launches and product improvements
Understand customer requirements and market needs
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Ensure product quality, safety and applicable industry standards
Coordinate with vendors and customers for technical requirements
Guide junior engineers and support technical problem solving
Travel for client meetings, vendor coordination and project requirements

Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in electrical product development, product engineering or product management
Strong knowledge of electrical products, components and systems




Experience in electrical manufacturing/equipment industry preferred
Robust analytical, communication and leadership skills
Good understanding of quality and safety standards
Willingness to travel as required

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
