•Engagewithassignedleadsandpromptly initiatecontact throughthe autodialersystem. •Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad'sprogramsforGermanyandItalypublicuniversities. •Buildrapport,credibilityandestablishtrustwithleadsthrougheffective communicationandactivelistening. •ScheduleVideoCounselling[VC]sessionswithAdmissionCounsellors forqualifiedleads. •Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leadsandAdmissionCounsellorstofacilitatetheenrollmentprocess.

•Maintainaccuraterecordsof leadinteractionsandfollow-upactivitiesin theCRMsystem.

BASICELIGIBILITYCRITERIA

•Minimumof 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (StudyAbroad is plus),withat least1yearspent inasinglecompany.

•MinGraduationisrequired.





•Previousexperienceworkinga6-dayworkweek. •Currentlyworkinginthecapacityofanindividualcontributor. •Proventrackrecordofmeetingtargetsintheexistingcompany.
