Key Responsibilities
Work on SAP SD processes and implementation.
Support SAP S/4HANA projects, including at least one full-cycle project.
Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Work on Sales Order processing, including order types and item categories.
Work with Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and outputs.
Support Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes.
Work with Output Management, with BRF+ preferred.
Work with Business Partner (BP) and customer master data in S/4HANA.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain business teams.
Support SD integration with FI and MM.
Work with interfaces and integrations, including IDoc / API awareness.
Support UAT, business testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Prepare documentation and communicate effectively.
