Key Responsibilities
Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements
Present and recommend suitable jewellery products
Handle premium customers and close sales
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business
Manage customer follow-ups and queries
Maintain excellent showroom and customer service standards
Coordinate with the Store Manager / ASM

Candidate Requirements
5+ years of jewellery industry experience is mandatory
Robust jewellery sales and customer-handling experience
Positive communication, negotiation and convincing skills
Excellent knowledge of jewellery products
Confident, presentable and professionally groomed
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Knowledge of English, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
