Job Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for MEP materials.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare comparative statements and identify cost-saving prospects.
Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Accounts, and Site teams.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery documents.
Verify material quantity and specifications as per PO.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 3–4 years of purchase/procurement experience, preferably from a manufacturing/MEP background.
