Role & responsibilities
Litigation Management:
Handle civil, criminal, arbitration, and recovery matters before Courts/Tribunals.
Draft pleadings, replies, applications, appeals, and legal notices.
Monitor litigation timelines and coordinate with empanelled advocates.
Manage execution/recovery proceedings and represent the Company before authorities.
Police & Investigation Matters:
Respond to notices/summons from Police, EOW, ED, and other agencies.
File and pursue police complaints/FIRs and related applications.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and Vigilance Team.
Labour & Employment Law:
Handle labour disputes, notices, disciplinary actions, and employment-related matters.
Documentation & Coordination:
Maintain legal records, case trackers, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, external counsels, and authorities.
