We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead and manage our recruitment team and drive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Manage recruitment targets, TAT and team performance.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
Monitor candidate quality, interviews, offers and joining.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
Train recruiters and improve sourcing and closure strategies.
