Senior ArchitectExperience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design, planning and project execution.
Prepare and review Concept, Schematic, Detailed and GFC drawings.
Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Interior and other consultants.
Manage client, consultant and site coordination.
Review drawings, resolve design issues and ensure timely deliverables.
Lead and guide junior architectural team members.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and project requirements.
Key Skills: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM preferred, Design Development, GFC Documentation, Coordination and Team Management.Preferred Experience: Healthcare / Hospital / Institutional / Large-scale Projects. Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
