The Senior

Associate will play a key role in managing claims, investigating disputes, and providing strategic guidance to team members.

What does the job entail?
Investigate and analyze claims to determine their validity and potential for settlement
Review and verify claimant information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate with claimants, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
Process and manage claims through various stages, including initial assessment, investigation, and settlement
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agents, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Collaborate with other teams,



such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure seamless claim resolution
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices
Analyze and report on claim trends, statistics, and insights to inform business decisions and improve processes
Manage and escalate claims that require additional support or investigation
Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
