Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Actively try to expand the scope of the sales opportunities .Sells products and/or services and develops recent account relationshipsTrack competitive set marketing activity, positioning and events in relevant categories in order to identify and grow new businessManage a diverse national and regional account list across multiple platforms Develop deep client relationships to be able to deliver specific customized solutionsAbility to develop and execute business plans to reach and surpass defined revenue goalsConfident networker who showcases their passion and enthusiasm for the Ad Age brand at industry conferences & eventsConsultative sales approach to close new businessImplementing agreed plans for all syndication rights including initiating potential sales leads with both existing and recent customers, implementing the entire sales process from initial contact to close of account/end of Licensed Period in the nominated territories including negotiations, contract drafting and execution, delivery and fee collectionEnsuring distribution (as per sales plan and contract) of content including live/delayed delivery, VOD, footage and any other requirementsProspect current and upsell existing Insurance Carriers (named accounts), and cross sell & expand presence in existing accounts
