:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Data Policies.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
Create and customize applications, forms, fields, tables, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
Implement and maintain ACLs, roles, users, groups, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and provide production support.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.




Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
