Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Plan and oversee engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and captions.
Monitor social media trends, algorithms and competitor activities.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth and other key metrics.
Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions professionally.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and marketing teams.
Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Social Media experience.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Positive understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
Creative thinking with positive understanding of branding.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
