About the Role
Beyond Script is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our full time team.
The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond just posting content and should be capable of managing brands, developing strategies, and creating content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
Plan and manage reels, posts, stories, captions, and other social media content.
Research social media trends, formats, and emerging content opportunities.
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Monitor audience engagement and manage community interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
Generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with platform updates, algorithms,



and best practices.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Good content writing and copywriting skills.
Robust understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
Ability to identify and leverage relevant trends.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday and 4th Saturday
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
