Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like ServiceNow.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of CA-ESP/Workload Automation and Linux/Windows Administration.
Experience with troubleshooting via logs and ServiceNow.
Understanding of resiliency/HA/DR concepts.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
BE degree from a recognized university.
Educational requirement: BE.
