Job Title: Sr. Billing Executive

Job Summary:

The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Executive to handle member billing, invoicing, payment collection, accounts receivable, member account support, and billing-related reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Member Billing & Invoicing
Process daily charges from club outlets, including restaurants, bars, pro shops, spa, and banquet events, and post them to respective member accounts.
Payment Collection & Accounts Receivable
Process payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, cheques, and cash.
Monitor outstanding member balances and send payment reminders or overdue notices.
Track aging reports and follow up on delinquent member accounts.
Coordinate payment plans or collections, as required.
Member Support & Query Resolution
Update member contact details and membership status changes, including account suspensions and activations, in the system.
Address and resolve member inquiries and disputes regarding charges or statement discrepancies promptly and politely.
Reporting

Prepare month-end closing reports, aging reports, revenue summaries, and other billing-related reports.
Generate,



verify, and dispatch monthly member statements and subscription invoices through email, post, or member portals.
Handle billing for special events, facility rentals such as tennis courts and banquet halls, and guest fees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B. Com graduate.
