Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper stock records.
Receive, inspect, and issue LPG/PNG materials, equipment, tools, and accessories.
Maintain accurate GRN, inward/outward, stock registers, and material issue records.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Maintain proper identification, storage, and secure handling of LPG/PNG-related materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Site, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
Track material movement between the warehouse, office, and project sites.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.
Maintain records of damaged, excess, shortage, and returned materials.
Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
