We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
Positive communication and practical training skills.
