Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day depot store operations and maintain proper stock levels.
Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts, consumables, tools, lubricants, tyres, batteries, and other materials.
Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN, issue/receipt records, and inventory documentation.
Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requisitions.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate timely purchase/replenishment requirements.
Maintain proper records of bus spare parts and maintenance-related materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Purchase, Accounts, and Depot Management.
Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and safety of all materials.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.




Support internal/external audits and provide required inventory reports.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Stores, Inventory Management, Logistics, Mechanical, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in bus transport, automobile, fleet, or workshop operations.
Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and maintenance consumables will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/store management systems.
Solid documentation, stock-control, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a depot/shift-based operational environment.
