Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SMO Executive to enhance our digital presence, improve website rankings, generate quality leads, and strengthen brand visibility across search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing within the Banking, Finance, NBFC, or related sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Build quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
Conduct website audits and recommend SEO improvements.

SMO
Manage and optimize company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Create and schedule engaging social media content.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement,



and follower growth.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Knowledge of keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
Familiarity with social media marketing and performance tracking.
Valuable analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience in Banking, Finance, NBFC, Loans, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant SEO/Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
