ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and drive the organisation's AI strategy, roadmap and use-case portfolio in line with business goals.
Lead the design, development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Build and manage AI applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning.
Oversee data pipelines and MLOps practices to ensure scalable, secure and reliable AI delivery.
Ensure Responsible AI, data governance, security and regulatory compliance across all AI initiatives.
Lead, mentor and manage AI engineers, data scientists and project teams.
Collaborate with business, IT and HR stakeholders to identify AI prospects and track delivery.
Monitor model performance, cost and business impact; report progress to senior management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical
Solid hands-on experience with Azure AI services: Azure AI Foundry,



Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Search.
Proficiency in Python, machine learning, LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
Working knowledge of Azure data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, Databricks) and MLOps/CI-CD.

Managerial
Proven experience in leading teams and managing AI projects end to end.
Robust stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
Microsoft Azure AI Foundry Certification.
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) or Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) is an added advantage.
