We are looking for a

Senior ServiceNow Developer with robust IRM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and implementation of IRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Work extensively on

ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

implementations and enhancements.
Configure and customize IRM applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms.
Work on

Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Regulatory Change Management

.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Participate in requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.




Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with architects, business teams, and other technical stakeholders.

Skills Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Solid hands-on experience in

ServiceNow IRM

Experience with

Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Regulatory Change Management

.
Good knowledge of

JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

.
Experience with

REST/SOAP integrations and APIs

.
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
CAD (Certified Application Developer) – Mandatory
CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) – Valuable to Have
