About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Salesforce Developers with ~7 years relevant expertise in AURA, APEX, and LWC to join our energetic development team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Custom development: Build applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and related technologies.
Platform customization: Configure layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Integration: Connect Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Lifecycle participation: Engage in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshooting: Resolve bugs, optimize performance, and implement enhancements.
Best practices:



Provide guidance on coding standards and system optimization.
Continuous learning: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with ~7 years hands-on robust knowledge of AURA, APEX, and LWC.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Robust understanding of Salesforce customization features.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance will be given higher preference.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,100,000.00 per year
