Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Engineer / Presales Consultant to work closely with our sales and technical teams, understand client requirements, design cybersecurity solutions, conduct demos/PoCs, and support successful technical handovers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client discovery calls and technical discussions.
Design solutions across SOC/MDR, EDR, Email Security, Backup & DR, VAPT, and Cloud Security.
Conduct product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations.
Prepare proposals, SOWs, solution architectures, BoMs, RFPs, and RFIs.
Map solutions to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DPDP Act, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
Coordinate with sales, delivery, and SOC teams for smooth project handover.
Stay updated on cybersecurity technologies, threats, and vendor solutions.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting.




Experience with an MSSP, MSP, or cybersecurity company preferred.
Positive knowledge of EDR, SIEM/SOC, Firewalls, Backup & DR, Email Security, and Cloud Security.
Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
Solid communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Ability to communicate with both technical teams and CXO-level stakeholders.
Certifications such as CEH, Security , CCSP, or vendor certifications are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
