Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Handle customer enquiries and phone calls.
Maintain customer details and records.
Coordinate appointments, enquiries and follow-ups.
Support showroom sales and administrative activities.
Maintain a qualified and friendly front-office environment.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: Perumbalam Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 + Service Charges

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities




Perform servicing and maintenance of electric scooters.
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Handle electrical and mechanical service requirements.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults.
Maintain proper service records.
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
