8+ years of hands-on experience in Software Tools and Automation

Python proficiency of hands-on Python. Framework ownership, not just scripting. Ability to write clean, structured, reusable code. SSH/Paramiko, pytest/Robot Framework, log parsing, report generation.

Technical Skills & Experience
Linux / Networking basics - CLI comfort, TCP/IP fundamentals, network interfaces, packet-level understanding. Ethernet protocol knowledge (VLAN, L2/L3) is a solid plus given Automotive networking IC domain.
Automation acumen - framework design thinking, CI/CD awareness, SSH-based remote test infrastructure. Not REST API based.
C/C++ basics - doesn't need to be deep, just enough to understand what's being tested.

Valuable to Have
Embedded testing background (CAN, UDS, HIL/SIL)
AI tools usage in daily workflow
Automotive domain knowledge
Networking: Ethernet Frame Structure, VLAN Tagging, Routing & Switching, IPv4/IPv6 Packet Flow,



Tagging Concepts.
Python (Basic & Advanced): Data Types, Classes, Multi-threading
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global, cross-functional engineering teams
Hands-on experience with specialized Python libraries: python-can, pymodbus, scapy, numpy, scikit-learn
Skilled background in Automotive (e.g., Autonomous Driving, EV) or Industrial Automation sectors
Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash)
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field
