Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and retention.
Handle Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law and statutory compliance.
Manage attendance, leave, HR policies and employee grievances.
Handle contract labour, manpower planning and workforce management.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR requirements.
Manage HR MIS, reports, audits and documentation.
Lead and mentor the HR team.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
