Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Execute construction work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and measurements at different stages of construction.
Supervise RCC works including footing, column, beam and slab.
Check reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork and other works before concreting.
Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other finishing works.
Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, workers and site manpower.
Monitor daily manpower attendance, productivity and work allocation.
Check quality of construction materials and ensure proper material utilization.
Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site records.




Track daily/weekly construction progress against the project schedule.
Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with seniors, consultants or contractors for resolution.
Check measurements and assist in quantity calculations, BOQ and contractor billing.
Ensure proper curing and other required construction practices.
Maintain site discipline, cleanliness and housekeeping.
Ensure workers follow required PPE and site safety procedures.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and the project management team.
Report delays, material requirements, manpower issues and technical problems to management.
Support timely completion of project milestones.

Pay: ₹10,965.82 - ₹37,757.07 per month
