Hiring: Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist with 2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms and developing effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand presence.
Create and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
Plan content themes, campaigns, posts, reels, and other social media activities.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitors to improve content strategies.
Work closely with the content and creative teams for content planning and execution.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Requirements:




2+ years of experience in social media management and strategy.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Good knowledge of content planning, social media calendars, and campaign strategies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to understand social media insights and improve performance based on data.
