We are looking for a creative and communication-focused Social Media & Customer Relationship Executive to manage social media content and build robust customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media posts, reels, captions, and stories.
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
Follow up with leads and customers.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and collect feedback.
Research social media trends and generate new content ideas.
Coordinate with the marketing team.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills.
Creative mindset and interest in social media.
Basic knowledge of Canva and digital marketing.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in social media or customer handling is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
