We are looking for experienced Software Development Engineers (SDE 2 / SDE 3) to design, develop, and scale high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/Python, MongoDB, distributed systems, and data structures & algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
Work extensively with Java and/or Python for backend development.
Design and optimize distributed systems and large-scale applications.
Develop and maintain data models and applications using MongoDB.
Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical problems.
Participate in system design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
510 years of software development experience.




Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
Valuable understanding of Distributed Systems, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
Robust knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and system design.
Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:
Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic products.
Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms.
Experience with performance tuning and distributed data processing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
