Key Responsibilities Dim Sum Mastery : Prepare steamed, fried, and baked dim sum with consistency and flair. Menu Development : Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design seasonal and cutting-edge offerings. Quality Assurance : Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. Kitchen Operations : Manage mise en place, inventory, and workflow in the dim sum section. Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in fine-dining or luxury restaurants. Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and up-to-date adaptations. Culinary certification or equivalent qualified training preferred. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining creativity and precision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
