The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Chennai, Tamil Nadu , India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY
Project Supervision: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully. Prepare reports to track costs and ensure the project remains within its budget.
Communication: Maintain explicit communication with clients, suppliers,



and other stakeholders. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Robust leadership and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork. Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of construction processes are necessary.
