The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY
Project Supervision: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully. Prepare reports to track costs and ensure the project remains within its budget.
Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients, suppliers,



and other stakeholders. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Robust leadership and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork. Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of construction processes are necessary.
