Freelance Business Developer - IT Staffing

Vedantix Consulting is looking for a Freelance Business Developer with experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, B2B tech sales, or lead generation.

What you’ll do:
Identify companies hiring IT/technology professionals
Find and connect with decision-makers
Generate qualified client leads and staffing requirements
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
Build and maintain a client pipeline
Work independently and manage your own targets

What we’re looking for:
Experience in IT staffing sales, business development, recruitment sales, or B2B lead generation
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Ability to reach Founders, CTOs, HR/TA leaders, and hiring managers
Existing client connections/network is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
