Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day online store or marketplace activities, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory tracking.
Order Fulfillment: Monitor the order-to-delivery process, ensuring quick and accurate order processing, packing, and shipping.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise a team of e-commerce executives, customer service staff, or warehouse pickers.
Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales metrics, website traffic, conversion rates, and stock levels using web analytics tools.
Customer Support: Resolve escalated customer service inquiries, shipping complaints, and return requests quickly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
